DirtBound Lifetime Warranty and Limitations
At DirtBound, we stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all parts we manufacture, ensuring that your investment is protected for the long haul.
Coverage
Our lifetime warranty covers all DirtBound-manufactured parts for the original retail purchaser and the original vehicle for which the part was purchased. The warranty remains valid as long as the original owner retains both the product and the vehicle.
Please Note:
The warranty does not extend to the powder-coated finish, which is subject to normal wear and tear.
What’s Included
Under this warranty, DirtBound will, at its discretion:
- Repair or replace defective products due to faulty materials or workmanship.
- Cover both parts and labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined below.
What’s Excluded
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic issues such as rust, scratches, or fading.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow installation instructions.
- Products used for racing or competition.
- Modifications or repairs not performed by DirtBound.
- Customization or unauthorized alterations to the product.
Terms & Conditions
To maintain warranty eligibility:
- Products must be installed according to DirtBound’s installation guidelines.
- Any customization, modification, or improper installation voids this warranty.
Liability Limitation
DirtBound’s obligations under this warranty are strictly limited to the:
- Repair or replacement of the defective product, or
- Issuance of a refund, at our discretion.
We are not liable for any additional damages, including (but not limited to):
- Damage to your vehicle or its contents.
- Damage to third parties or their property.
- Costs related to loss of use or other incidental or consequential damages.
How to File a Warranty Claim
We’ve made the warranty claim process simple and straightforward:

Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Provide Documentation
Include the following:- Photos clearly showing the issue and the overall condition of the product.
- A brief description of the problem and the circumstances that led to it.
- Label and Ship
Clearly print the RMA number on your shipping label and package.- Use a tracked and insured shipping method to prevent loss during transit.
- Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Claims without proper documentation may not be processed.
