Shipping Information

Processing Time

In-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Build-to-order items have longer lead times as noted on the product page. Production begins after your order is placed.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days (varies by distance)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us.

Important Notice

Due to the digital nature of some of our products, certain sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us with questions before purchasing.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. This is because digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Exceptions may be considered if:

  • The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement
  • The product was significantly misrepresented in the description
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error

If you experience any issues with your digital download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

Physical Products

For physical products (in-stock items and build-to-order items), different policies apply:

In-Stock Items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Build-to-Order Items

  • Non-refundable once production has started
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to cancellations
  • Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion
  4. Do not discard the damaged item until we authorize disposal

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue:

  1. Email us at crew@upnorthsupply.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots or photos

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:

  • Your account will be suspended immediately
  • All licenses for digital products will be revoked
  • You will be required to delete all downloaded files
  • Future purchases may be declined

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to fair resolution of disputes.
