These 4-inch Tonneau Cover Adapters are designed to allow a DirtBound Bed Rack to be mounted on trucks equipped with a tonneau cover that requires additional clearance above the bed rails.
The adapters raise the mounting height by 4 inches, providing proper clearance for most low-profile and standard tonneau cover systems while maintaining the strength and stability of the bed rack. Built for function first, they preserve the rack’s load-carrying capability and clean fitment.

Fitment Notes

Well built brackets. Work out great. Was able to install tool box above tonneau cover close to back window and able open tonneau cover.
I will need to make some modifications, but they will work for what I need them to do.
Used these for a custom Tonneau rack setup. I'm sure the rack setup you can purchase with these works great, but I wanted something a bit lower profile. Took these with a 6ft section of 4inch C channel and whalla! Worked like a charm.
The brackets are great quality workmanship however I have not had the chance to install them yet. They look like they'll work just fine.

Great quality! Question: should I paint it? What will be best practice to paint? Or its ok siliconize it?
Did not use them because of a tonneau cover . Used them for the extra 4” . The extra 4” made a world of difference. I can now load and unload large cargo boxes in and out of the bed
