★★★★★ Manta Ray Winch Bumper

I haven’t welded it together yet (waiting on my welder to arrive) but I’m very impressed with the quality so far. The cardboard box was completely demolished when it arrived but everything was neatly packaged inside and stayed together. I’ll post picture once I have it on the Jeep

Great diy kit but there’s no holes in passenger side frame for brace , besides the 3 for the bumper it’s self . I tried to drill through but broken 2 bits so far . No template or welding instructions on site . Mite want included those in kits they sell . And post drilling mite be required in some models .

Gret product. All of the pieces fit together perfectly. I will be adding about 8 inches to the tie in peices to the frame and beefing up the steering box mount since I will be in there anyways. I highly recommend it.

This bumper is excellent and was a great project for me to build my welding skills! Came together quickly and easily as all parts fit extremely well and has held up beautifully. I have a Smittybuilt g2 8k pound winch and it fit like a glove. I used this to recover multiple rigs and, even with a snachblock and some dynamic tugs, this thing hasn't moved an inch. Great Product!!!

Quality product. Only issue was grinding off the millscale, which is absolutely expected on a product like this. Pieces fit together very nicely. If you do fabrication and welding you don't even really need instructions to figure it out. The pieces can really only gonna way. I found using a digital angle finder helped getting the proper angles evenly on both sides. Would 100% recommend this if your confident in your welding abilities.

Awesome kit this was my first attempt at doing a diy kit and was a bit nervous but everything is really straight forward. Just take your time and you won’t be disappointed. I sure wasn’t

This bumper looks great, went together with ease. I was able to stack the frame tie-ins over my Dirtbound frame stiffeners, just had to open up the bumper brackets slightly.

Fit and finish is top notch. Wish it came with twelve washers for the smaller bolts instead of six though. Not worth taking a star away from the over all product.

Good quality nice setup for the price. Doing away with the angle numbers on the parts sucks though.

A fun diy project for the xj that has worked great. Flat towed the vehicle about 5k miles, winched the Jeep out of some jams and maybe bumped into a rock or two without any problems. Quality design and great way to save some money.

Absolutely awesome bumper. Super solid, came with unibody tie in brackets. I love the size because you can climb up to rocks sideways where other bumpers, you lose front approach angles. I've been using it for months now and has never let me down.
