You guys get 5 stars. The brackets fit perfectly under the Tonneau cover rails. I have an Oedro cover. After the bracket installation, I installed the tonneau cover with no problems. There are no leaks in the cover and the truck bed was bone dry after a rainstorm. Thank you.
