DIY Front Steel Fender Armor & FlaresMy plastic battery bracket cracked so I ordered this as a replacement for my 98 XJ. It comes in raw unfinished steel so I gave it a coat of etching primer and two coats of gloss black. It fits in the stock location and holds the battery in place better than the original. The material is thick and well crafted. I don't think you can beat it for a made in USA product at a good price!
Battery Tray Bolt-In
I ordered the console bracket in raw steel. When I got it, scuffed it up and hit it with some primer then two coats of gloss black. My old plastic bracket was broken so I installed this metal one. All of the screw holes lined up with the stock locations so install was pretty easy. Console is now solid as a rock, I would recommend this to anyone. It's a nice product made in USA at a reasonable price!
