Manta Ray Winch Bumper

I haven’t welded it together yet (waiting on my welder to arrive) but I’m very impressed with the quality so far. The cardboard box was completely demolished when it arrived but everything was neatly packaged inside and stayed together. I’ll post picture once I have it on the Jeep

Great product fit up perfect

Great DIY kit

Order lead times were very accurate. All the pieces fit together very nicely and welded up great. The instructions are not so much instructions but more “here is how it looks with all the pieces together” after about 5 minutes of looking at the pieces and “instructions” it is clear how it is supposed to go. After installing the mounting plates it fit to the frame perfect. Took about 5 hours start to finish with a 45min lunch break to let the metal cool before finishing the rest of the welds. Overall very happy with how it turned out. Quality stuff!

It was as advertised. I wish your offer a larger tube diameter. The 1 1/2" was just a bit to wimpy on my bumper. I ended up finding a 1 3/4" to use instead of this one. I'll find a use for it eventually.

Nice sturdy bumper

It takes a little time to get but it’s worth the wait. I’ve looked at other brands and this is definitely one of the better quality bumpers out there.

Beefy. These bump plates are great.

It looks like it will be great. I did a test fit on my F-150 and all is good. I am just finishing up painting it so it is not reinstalled yet. I will send photos once it is done. Thanks again for the great service. The delivery to Canada went very smoothly 👍

Worked great with my 8.25 and 4.5" lift. Use hockey pucks and 5/16" bolts for your bumper stops.

Very good bumper for the price. For what I intend to use the jeep for. Welded up nice.

Great bumper

Took off a winch bumper in favor of this one. It came pre-bent(except for the rounded wings), and the hole for the hitch was pre-cut completely. There was no filler plate for the hitch hole, keep that in mind if you don’t want the hitch, which is also sold separately. I was concerned about bending the rounded wings, but with a rubber mallet and a large adjustable wrench it was pretty easy to tac them as I bent around to make them look good. Over all this thing went together very easily, my only complaint would be that the d ring loops just weld to the bumper face, I’d rather they go through it and weld along the frame mounts too. It looks so much better than the winch bumper that I took off.

Good fitment. Accurate bends. Simple to finish out.
